I work one-on-one both virtually and over the phone to create an individualized plan for each of my clients to help you reach your health goals.
What I do is not reactive… its proactive. I don’t diagnose, treat or prescribe. What I do is listen to your health history and habits, and use my own resources and knowledge of the principles of Functional Medicine to educate, motivate and guide you to take action and control, so you can start to heal, gain confidence and thrive in your new healthy environment. I will be there to support you every step of the way.
What I love about coaching is that all of us are different, which means a personalized approach is necessary to collaborate with all of my clients. It isn’t “one size fits all.” We’ll talk about food, your gut, stress management, body movement, sleep hygiene, lowering your toxic load, cultivating a positive mindset, and finding meaning and purpose to bring more joy into your life.
